There are so many ways you can learn to help regulate your nervous system, including using EFT for yourself.

EFT is very powerful when done with a highly trained and experienced EFT practitioner. But the real beauty of EFT lies in our capacity to use it as a self-help tool. Daily Energy Routine videos

This was developed by Donna Eden of Eden Energy Medicine. I have included this because I find it so helpful myself and try to do the routine most mornings. I always do this if I am going to be working with people, either individually or in training and mentoring groups.

It is like hygiene for the energy body and can really help if I am feeling stressed or scrambled. It feels quite centring and grounding and seems to help improve my communications with others.   

I recommend this to all my clients, and I’ve noticed in my practice that those who use the Daily Energy Routine regularly will often recover more quickly. Many of my clients still do it every day.

It seems to give the EFT work we do a “boost”.
