Cancellation Policy

Please consider carefully before committing to an EFT training or mentoring group. As it is important that you attend all the sessions. 

Discuss with Jules if you anticipate some problem in attending all sessions, as recording of sessions is not always standard.  

If you are unable to attend a training or other service you have paid for, you may request a credit note to use the funds differently within the range of services offered.

Please note, there is no guarantee that the same training would be offered within 12 months. 

Cancellation due to unavoidable Medical Reason - full refund given if doctor’s note supplied. 

If cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to commencement of training, full refund will be given, less 10% admin fees. 

If cancelled between 4-8 weeks prior, 60% refund offered.

If cancelled 2-4 weeks prior, 50% refund offered. 

If cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to training commencing, a 25% refund is offered.

Cancelled /Missed /Late Appointments 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as you can via phone call or message. 24hrs notice required to cancel or reschedule a session. 

If this is not possible, please discuss with me what the options are. 

It is expected that sessions will be rescheduled within a 30 day period where possible, unless something else is worked out, otherwise you risk forfeiting that session, and cannot claim reimbursement for it. 

It is your responsibility to reschedule an appointment when you have chosen to cancel or reschedule. I will reschedule any appointments that need to be cancelled by me.  

If I need to reschedule a session with you, I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and to make another time as soon as is mutually convenient for us both. 

Any arrangements other than this will be at my discretion, as the business owner. 

Refunds will not usually be given on sessions or packages purchased. 

Please be on time for your appointments. 

If you are ten minutes late, that time will be deducted from the total time of your session.

In the event that I am running late for any reason, I will endeavour to still provide a full session, wherever possible. 

The payment of fees for an EFT / tapping session covers the session only and nothing further. 

If you email or message me outside of normal working hours (9-5pm on weekdays) I may not respond to that message until the next working day. 

Please make a time to discuss with me if you are wanting to withdraw from any training or certification programs you are enrolled in. As it is better to address issues early on so something can be worked out, if you feel that a training or mentoring group is not for you. 

This is not a crisis service or a mental health emergency service. 

If you have a diagnosed mental health problem, you may be asked to also enlist the support of a GP, psychologist, or other mental health practitioner to support you, as this service alone may not be enough support for you and cannot provide support in the event of a mental health crisis occurring after-hours.

If you are experiencing a significant deterioration in your mental health, you agree to seek appropriate mental health services to support you. 

If you are a mentee who is going through the Certification Program, the conditions of that agreement are spelled out in the Mentoring Contract you will sign at the beginning of the program.
